Plywood Subfloor Orientation

I'm trying to decide on the layout of my plywood subfloor in my 159" WB. My general floorplan will look something like this, with the bed in the back and the kitchen on the driver's side:

For my subfloor, I'll be using 3/4" MDO over a VanTred mat, and will be biscuit-joining the pieces and using the tiedowns to attach it to the van floor. I'm considering two layout options:

In order to avoid having a seam in the main "walking" area, I am leaning towards the layout on the left above, in which the long N-S seam would be underneath the kitchen cabinet and bench. Is there any reason that this plywood layout would not be a good idea, such as the locations of the tiedowns with respect to the long seam? The joints should be very solid with biscuits and 3/4" plywood, so I assume the length of the seam wouldn't be an issue, even though there might be a tiny bit more (if any) flex of the VanTred mat underneath than with rigid foam.

I use a 5’ x 10’ 3/4” sheet of plywood. Pretty heavy & not the easiest way, but allows me a floor with practically no visible joints. I just but joint my plywood without any biscuits etc.

I just did my subfloor a few weeks ago and wish I had not made the rear sheet fully wrap around the wheel wells. It made it so much harder to deal with.

I used 3 sheets like your picture on the right, and the rear sheet ended up with very thin and sharp tips at the front of the wheel wells.

Next time I will do a narrow strip up front to push all sheets back a bit so that the rearmost sheet starts somewhere along the straight part of the wheel wells. That would have saved a lot of time and effort getting everything fitted into place doing it solo. Maybe if I had a floor mat to use as a template it would have been easier, but still the rear sheet was difficult for me to maneuver into the van myself.

I did not wrap the rear sheet around wheel wells. It ends pretty much just in front of the wheel wells and didn't feel like the tiny gap was worth the extra cutting.

I did 3 sheets side to side because it's easy. It's exactly 12 feet, so don't need to reduce the width of any plywood sheets, and very easy cuts to just measure and cut. I don't see any issue with a seam in the living area if you have flooring. The seam is connected anyway.

Here's a look at my wheel well template for the rear sheet of plywood so you can see what I mean.

If I could do it all over, I'd build a step box at the front first so it's completely independent from the subfloor, and then butt the subfloor up behind it. It's a lot easier to fit all the contours of the 1st sheet up front when you don't have to manhandle the entire 4'x6' sheet in and out of the van as you're making adjistments!

EDIT: I see now that in your sketch up your front sheet has been shortened to move the rear sheet forward.
