You might look into FRP panels they can be ordered in colors from your building and home suppler. There are more, here's one.

The factory panels along with most other plastic in the van is most likely ABS. I agree with the FRP recommendation. They have large sheets in white you can pick up at Home Depot. If you don't like the texture just use the other side.

Remember that FRP is heavy so if you plan on using a covering I would suggest using plywood as it is much lighter. You can also get marine ply like Baltic birch if you were concerned about moisture.

I installed the FRP panels from Lowes. Then I removed them.

I got tired of waiting for the smell to go away. They off gas the polyester resin used in making them. If you like the van smelling like a surfboard factory, you'll be OK.
