In my 136 PM the raised bed frame is tight against back doors and above the rear inside door handle.
In the event of an emergency with a need to open the rear door it was next to impossible to open. (Not good)
Today I removed cable to rear door handle and made a space on access cover for cable to go into rear window area.
I then fabricated a handle with a groove cut for cable to run through secured with zip tie and taped in bright colors.
I now have easy access and with a light tug on emergency handle rear door will open.
Copilot is happy!
I hope this helps someone with the same bed setup, make the modifications it took 20 minutes. Be safe!!
Access cover with groove cut for cable
Handle with groove cut for cable
Cable in handle with zip tie secured
Finished with bright tape
Tested, easy to get to from bed, opens with good tug
