Get a camera and take a pic of your cup holder in a 2023 Promaster. Your sketch is pre 2023 I need to have access to the four way flasher and phone charger.

Totally fair — that’s just a teaser sketch! Head over to our website and drop your email to be first in line for the full reveal. I also am the Admin of the Facebook Group: RAM ProMaster Mods & Hacks. You can join us there to learn more about me! In total, I Admin three Facebook groups related to the ProMaster, with over 11,000 members combined, and I’m well known for my van modifications. Actually, forty of our original cup holders were produced about a year ago and sold out in just an hour and a half on ETSY. Since then, we’ve taken it through professional CAD design, full manufacturing, and now it’s patent pending. The new version is about to launch—stay tuned!

2023 with phone I don't see your sketch up showing the phone charger

Thank you for your comment. Please be aware that the wireless phone charger will not be reachable once the cup holder is installed. This may or may not present an issue for users, especially considering the charger's performance limitations. You'll gain much more than you lose - especially from a safety and convenience standpoint.

There was a new vendor on the forum who was selling upgraded Slider door handles .
Great product , I bought one .
It was a simple purchase .
I wish you best of luck , hope you make a boat load of money, but until it's a traditional purchase with real pictures and reviews, I have no interest.

Best of luck to you.

I totally get that—it’s great when a product shows up clear, simple, and ready to buy. But for us, doing a bit of a teaser first actually serves a few purposes.

First, it gives the community time to get familiar with us and what the product is and what problem it solves. A lot of folks here like to follow the story behind a build or invention, especially when it’s tailored to the ProMaster platform.

Second, it gives us time to listen to feedback before launch. We’ve made small changes based on community input that made the final product better.

And lastly, with a limited first run, a teaser helps us gauge demand and make sure we’re prepared to fulfill orders efficiently, especially since we’re a small operation—not a big box company.

Appreciate the patience and the interest—it’ll be worth the wait!

So the Cup Holder Accessory is vaporware and "in development". Thread initial post changed from $119 to $0 recently. Some members asked specific questions that went unanswered. I assume those answers cannot be made public yet. If it was me, I would have waited to announce a product until it was ready for launch.

I searched for VanGear to see what other products you had that were real. It shows a company in the UK.

What real products does your business sell?

I’m not exactly sure what vaporware means, but I can assure you I’m not associated with anything like that. As for the stage we’re in—our product just had its final texturing completed a few weeks ago, and we expect to be fully stocked within 60 days. If you’d like to guarantee early access, I recommend registering your email. Subscribers will be the first to receive the pre-sale invite, and that date will be announced soon!

. . . I searched for VanGear . . .
His site is:

. . . forty of our original cup holders . . . sold out . . . on ETSY . . .
I searched on Etsy for any permutation of R Vision Van Gear I could think of but nothing. This does agree with @RVision.VanGear saying that they are in pre-release.

edit: It is RVisionVanGear - Etsy

Out of curiosity, I dug around on Etsy a bit more for "promaster" cup holder. A couple came up that were interesting:

Thingiverse of course has one for newer vans:

Yes, here’s the link to our Etsy store: CHECK OUT OUR REVIEWS !, ❤ 😉

But you all need to wait to see the manufacturered version for a bit longer - don’t worry - it’s

You should be able to poke around and see our 39 completed sales and customer reviews there. We’ll continue offering some inventory through Etsy once we restock, but most of our upcoming sales will be handled through our main site at rvisiongear.com. We’re aiming to serve both types of customers, so we’ll be active on both platforms.

Thanks again for the space to share.

Rob...I'm sure you're a great guy with the best intentions. Honest and trustworthy no doubt. But you're trying to drum up excitement for a cup holder - that doesn't exist yet. Or at least isn't ready to sell yet. Make a new post when it's finished (and available) with clear photos showing it installed and holding some nice big cups - and you're going to get a bunch of orders. I'll buy one myself if it looks like an improvement over the horrible factory design.

Okay. Heads up. I've done a lot of cleanup on this thread and my initial thoughts are to leave it open. Some of my cleanup might have resulted in broken links.

Some of the stuff I had to clean up was not the type of content we tolerate here on this forum.

Also it's starting to look a little spammy.

So don't add anything to the thread unless it actually has some new information.

Peace.
