I know I installed the one from curt that's similar and it was crap! very flimsy and actually bent from our hitch box. I cant vouch for this one tho.

I only have experience with Curt hitches on both my Sprinter & Promaster, but honestly, they suck! Very poor quality, bad powder coating and lots of rust. Their wiring setups work great tho

For a 159EXT the side frame mount style doesn't fit, it's this or at the 3x the price, the OEM version.

 

I would seriously consider the OEM option. I made the mistake of going cheap and it had me buying a 2nd hitch that was better. The hitch I bent flopped all over the place with the box in the image below (max 200lbs). and when I hooked it to our 4000lb travel trailer I swear it was gonna fold in half going up my driveway. if your putting just a bike rack or towing a small trailer around 1500Lbs im sure it will be fine but if your after more weight id spend the money on the factory hitch now. Does the factory hitch bolt to the frame?
