Why did no one answer this? Could be that there are no good dealers? If there is a really good dealer (for service) anywhere, I would be tempted to go there!
Dunno about service, but all the dealers I talked (1.5 years ago) to around Dallas were clueless and had at most 1 van in stock. Most had none. One gentleman denied the existence of such a thing until I walked him over to it and pointed to the nameplate.
Hopefully it's better. I see more of them on lots these days. And on the road.
My local dealer, with lots of PM's on the lot, did not instill confidence when I had a steering angle sensor replaced when the van was brand new last October. It was in their shop for a week. I am now hesitant to have them do the airbag rivets recall fix, though I have called to set it up. They didn't have the parts in stock, told me it would take "one to seven days" to get them.
Waiting for call. They act as if it's a foreign car
