I'm having a Ram Promaster 2500 customized so I was excited to use this software, it does not work and their customer service expects paying customers to dogfood it, I told them that they're not paying me to help them work out the bugs and that it should be plug an play.
Long story, short if you've been scammed take it up with your credit card company, I did and was able to get a refund.
They are the worst and don't seem to care.
