I installed my PHP 2 kw gasoline heater on my Transit about two weeks ago. It's been running great so far. Used the program mode on a trip up the coast. Ran it 3 times overnight x 1 hr each. Worked great. This weekend I went up the local mountain and ran it at 5500-6000 ft at 28-30°F outside. I ran it continuously through the night at mid-setting. Ran perfect. The unit has auto altitude adjustment. The controller, although tiny, can display the air pressure in kPa. I had lower reading at elevation vs sea level. I assume this is how the unit adjusts fuel/air mixture. The installation was fairly easy, but I had to consult with DKSI on the tiny check valve that came with the unit. It had to be installed closest to the heater's fuel port.

How do you get to the pressure display? I had not seen that on our seemingly identical bison.

Go to AD, press OK, use arrow keys to show temp and air pressure.
