I purchased the Van Tred limer. It’s pretty awesome and I am putting a 3/4” plywood over. I debated between 1/2” and 3/4” and finally went for the bid guy. It’s quite heavy. I took the tie down off and would like to use them again, recessed. I see in many great posts on the subject of flooring and tie downs that people are using them with 1/2” ply. Will this work with the thicker plywood, even recessed? Will this not be too short?
I would
Love a bolt alternative in case I have a problem. The back ties are located in a cross bar that is really deep... how long of a bolt would I need ?
Thanks for any tips you might have .
