I was talking to a Sprinter driving friend who was very adamant about getting the floors sprayed before any up-fitting. Sprinters have a bad rep for rusting out, so that makes sense... it also adds about $1000 to the build cost. I can't find any reference to truck bed liner or similar on the forum, so is this just not a thing for PMs?

There is the professionally applied stuff like Line-X, and cheap Amazon spray (U-POL Raptor) [ame]https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TQIIPG[/ame]

I've been looking at the Amazon DIY kits for a bit different purpose. On a power-coated Carr Hoop on the drivers side and maybe my running boards on the passengers. And to finish the top of cargo benches and other high-wear surfaces where feet tread or cargo may slip around.

I was looking at the Raptor product because it was a bit cheaper, UV resistant and comes in smaller volumes.

There's also Herculiner which has decent reviews and a few others. My research showed most people who used the DIY kits favored the roll-on over the spray.
