About the best I could do is split shipping 50/50 or meet about halfway between us and do the swap. Which would probably be cheaper on both of us.

There have been a number of posts about swapping seats but most bail when they find out the airbags will be disabled.
At some point in my build I will try adding a resistor to the harness and see if the airbags stay functional. At that point I will try to get a swap going with someone.
Just be aware it's not a plug and play swap

Hi Carl,


We have been looking to swap out our bench seat for a passenger bucket--bases included. We are in Barkhamsted CT and will travel for swap. We have a 2014 Promaster 1500 which was purchased as a new vehicle in August 2015 there are 200 miles on the vehicle.

The seat upholstery is fabric as shown in pictures. I do have the head rest for the middle seat.
