Anyone know how to go about having a customer feedback survey/questionnaire re-submitted? I understand they go a long way in salesman/dealership evaluation. I received one via email from Doug Betts Senior Vice President, Global Head of Quality Fiat & Chrysler Group, LLC. I went into the link to fill out the survey only to discover that it had expired! Evidently there is an expiration date on these requests although they did not state that in the email. I called Chrysler customer assistance, Chrysler correspondence center, the dealership etc… & no one can answer my question as to how the questionnaire is re-submitted. My understanding from Chrysler customer correspondence is that a reminder email should’ve been sent out after 3 days & another after 7 days of original receipt. I never received any follow-up reminders. Anybody have a clue?
