The wires going to the seatbelt were accidentally severed. The seat belt buzzer (screamer) was on permanently. I re-connected the wires. It's back to normal now. Besides that, the seat belt buzzer is getting so annoying that I would do almost anything to stop it. It is like somebody poking me in the eye every morning. There is a point when it's too much. Dodge is testing the patience of their customers.

Read the owners operator manual looks like the dealer needs to flip the switch.

My owner's manual only goes to page 128. Can you share exactly what it says? I asked the dealer and of course they don't know what I am talking about....
