There is no place to pass the wiring for the seat through. This van has proven difficult to adapt seats to for several reasons some related to the body control module, so not having a good way to wire them up is a no go.

There is a hole in the middle. It's just not big enough for the connectors.
You must remove the connector ends and then pass the wires through and connect the wires again. The pins are basically impossible to remove from all but one connector so you just snip them and then put the wires back together. The passenger works great and the wires aren't a big deal if you've ever done anything with wires. No problems with it not being offset. You can sit in it and spin it around without it hitting anything.

I have yet to install the drivers side....So we shall see.
