I'm just about ready to put up the Thinsulate with 3M 90. Next spring I might add more windows way in the back and a roof top fan. How much trouble am I buying if I just insulate those spots for the time being?
I just added rear windows to my Promaster last week. Having Thinsulate already adhered to the inside would not have made it any more difficult. All the adhesive goes on the outside of the panel, so it won't get in the way. My suggestion would be to avoid spraying the 3M in the 2" or so strip where the panel will be cut. That should make it easier to move the insulation out of the way as needed.
