Looking for a 136 to start my build. Ideally I'd like to have a 2 or 3 person removable passenger seat just in front of my platform bed. Not sure how that would work with regard to attachment hardware on the flooring, strength of the attachment bolts, etc. What are you guys doing along these lines? I'd like to be able to slide paddle boards underneath the seat.

I put L track in the floor and use that to attach a double bench seat from a Ford transit. The seats are nice, but heavy! The L track is bolted down with grade 8 bolts through steel plates on the underside.

There is another thread here:

We used Ford Transit single seats for flexibility, their compactness, and their built-in seat belts.

There are lots of approaches to mounting any of the seats like that, most involve some kind of heavy backing plate. We used 3/16" x 3" backer plates under the floor and 1/2" grade 5 carriage head bolts.
