Anyone have a good shop they've used for their Promaster for routine maintenance and beyond? The local dealership is a pain in the rear to deal with, and I really would like to avoid going back there for anything other than warranty issues.

Nothing yet . Gave the dealer another chance and they managed to confirm my desire to find an alternative.
