I am re-doing my PM again and am laying a rubber mat atop the existing floor that I made out of sheet insulation, plywood, then vinyl flooring. The vinyl floor didn't hold up to the kind of use that it gets so I ordered a cut-to fit mat from American Van specialties.

What have you all used to trim the edges of the floors at doorways? Must be fairly tough because I haul stuff over it all the time.

Thanks.

I cut and fit a piece of Oak 1" thick and attached it to the 1/2 inch plywood at the side door opening flush to top, 1/2 inch insulation board below. I thought about aluminum angle but used the oak as I then covered the ply with cheap carpet. Its a campervan not a work van.
