For house batteries many have chosen Concorde Lifeline premium AGMs or East Penn Deka premium AGM batteries. Concorde's parent company is in financial trouble and has just filed for bankruptcy due to problems in their large scale power grid storage systems. I assume, but we can't be sure, that Concord batteries will continue to be available as these rugged batteries are widely used in aircraft including military.

Alevo? I can't find nothing linking Alevo to Concorde/Lifeline. Alevo is based in Concord (no E), NC

I guess maybe I goofed on this. The news I saw indicated layoffs at Concord so I assumed the wrong thing.
