Looks like your routed I-70 through Colorado.

Hit me up when in Glenwood Springs, we'll soak in the World's largest Hot Springs!

Enjoy the trek!

You're on! Actually I don't hit I-70 until a little east of Grand Junction but it doesn't look too far back to Glenwood Springs.

Current plan says Grand Junction 6/2/21. I'll try to hook up with you a week or so out.

If you have the time the Colorado National Monument there is spectacular. Used to ride my bicycle from my house near the airport, down through town to the monument, up and along it, then down to Fruita and back home, about a 50 mile loop. Miss that area a lot.

In a couple of weeks, we will meet up with my son for several days at CNM.
Plan was Colorado National Monument - Saddlehorn Campground for two nights starting June 2. That would be awesome if you and Mr Nomer are still in the area. No rain and fully vaccinated!

We have the group site at James Robb campground in Fruita for the June 4th weekend. This is the west end of the CNM. We'll be biking and rafting, weather permitting. Also all are vaccinated. Come by and say hi.

Saddlehorn is a great campground, beautiful views and nice hikes and road bike rides.

Enjoy paradise!

It was a well kept NPS Campground. Big Spring was impressive.

Stopped by Alley Spring on my way out of the area.

May 15 - Harrison Century Farm - Harvest Hosts
My second Harvest Host experience and I was Todd and Terry's first Guest.

Wonderful experience. They made me feel like an honored guest if not family.

They recommended POG Brewery I went for supper and enjoyed the food, beer and comradery at the bar. And I'm not a bar person.

Then we all went fishing.

Highly recommended for a Harvest Host experience south of Kansas City.

Depending upon your schedule up in the Mississippi headwaters area, I can recommend a couple of fantastic National Forest campgrounds that are beautiful up there. You're welcome to swing by my place in the Twin Cities if you want, you'll drive less than a mile from my house.
