yep. it was my drivers door. the black bracket that surrounds the guide are that control how far the door will swing come loose. take a 10mm wrench and tighten the two nuts. What is odd the nuts used are Nylocks and thy shouldn't back off. If mine does it again I will use some heady duty loctite on the threads.

Must be a common problem. Mine did the same thing after a couple months of use.
