Generally in the service industry, a service manual provides in depth diagnostic, and repair procedures for a particular product. Another words, if you had an alternator go out, and you had the service manual, in theory it would tell you step by step how to access the failed part, and complete the repair.

Claims to have tilt wheel pages 93-95
In the text it says move the wheel "up and down". That's consistent with the one I tested. The steering wheel moved along the axis of the steering column a few inches. I would call that a telescoping wheel, not a tilt wheel.

"TILT STEERING COLUMN
This feature allows you to tilt the steering column upward
or downward. The tilt steering lever is located below the
steering wheel at the end of the steering column.
Identified as Tilt Steering Lever"
Seems to be two manuals a 108 page user guide and 402 page user manual the more complete guide and quoted above. Both downloaded from the same page.

Pull the tilt steering lever toward the steering wheel to unlock the steering column. Move the steering column up or down, as desired. To lock the steering column in position, push the tilt steering lever down until fully engaged.
