Hello all
Long time listener, first-time poster. After finally getting around to changing my oil (I went with full synthetic 5w20), my 2018 2500 Promaster (Pentastar 3.6) decided to throw on the warming glow of an engine light. After getting out my code reader, it was showing a P006DD code even after I cleared it (which the interweb informs me is a faulty oil sensor). according to my dipstick, my oil level is at the higher end but not ridiculously high ( I added approximately 5.5 Quarts). I also replaced the oil filter and made sure to spread some oil on the o-ring. Suspect, I may have accidentally knocked a connection loose or overtightened the O-ring and a replacement is not necessary as it seems too convenient right after an oil change. Any ideas out there?
