My boss just purchased me a 2015 PM 1500 / 136 length / high top / eco diesel. After a 3 month search we found one just outside of Tulsa, OK. Its like brand new with 3800 miles on it. Well...until I put 1600 miles on it in 3 days. I'm looking to do a partition. Its so loud and on blue tooth it sounds like I'm yelling from the back of the van. Some partitions look to be right against the seats. Any suggestions?

I had the factory partition and removed it for my camper van conversion. The partition limits seat travel by about 2 inches. My legs are short (30 inch inseam ) and I was fine. The partition does a great job of muffling cargo noise.

You might consider a moving blanket-type curtain across the back, just behind the seats. Good for sound baffling, heat/air containment in the passenger area... moveable if needed. Just run a rod or pipe across from side to side and make the curtain extend from top to the floor.
