For anyone looking for ideas on how to store bikes under the bed, but don't want to take the front wheels on and off for quick release style mounts, here's what I did. It has served me very well for daily use as a mountain bike hauler and weekend camper.

Maybe not going to get you Instagram famous, but I bet you’d get a ton of likes on Pinkbike!

Hey nice build! I use my PM primarily for mountain biking as well and ended up going the roll out tray direction, but loathe having to install/uninstall my front wheels.
I used to have a mountain bike years ago with quick release wheels and didn't find it time consuming to take the front on/off.
Are modern mountain bikes more difficult in this respect?

(Sorry, this isn't a PM-specific comment. :)

Quick release and cantilever brakes were much easier than newer thru axkes and disc brakes. Not alot harder, just kind of annoying.
