Do you mean the ABS/VSC wire that ends with a Hall Effect sensor near a ring with many raised teeth? They do usually cost about $50 (edit) because they have the sensor attached. If there's a break and the two ends are otherwise good and they will reach together you can fix it. Strip back the covering, find the two(?) small wires inside, strip the plastic covering back on them, solder each to its respective match, cover with electrical tape (or better heat shrink tube), cover with liquid electric tape, perhaps another layer of electric tape or rescue tape. Or order one for $125.
