Looking for Interior Panels

Guys, I need some help?
I am looking for interior panels for the cargo area for a 136" low boy.
What I actually would like is a set of Patterns (Traces) of the OEM side panels, with all the fastener holes, marked.
I have the rear doors and the passenger slider panels.
Shipping to Canada would be expensive.
They are not available from the dealer.
I would like to fab them out of 1/4" plywood and then cover.
I am willing to pay you for your time and the cost of postage, as you could roll them up and put them in a tube.
The reason for OEM panels, I want to secure them with factory fasteners, for easy access.
Thanks guys.
Love my van!

Welcome to the club Wally. That is...welcome to the club of guys who would love to buy panels and pop them in, but nobody makes such a thing.

So far as i know, were in the same boat. Cut a cardboard template, transfer it to wood, screw it directly to the sheet metal.

I am still procrastinating about doing the interior on my two vans, but I have a hunch that when I finally do I'll just commit to double sided tape. It'll be a pain if I ever want to run wiring or otherwise get behind them, but tape is a viable option. Velcro is another.
