ProMaster parked outside during a period of strong thunderstorms (multiple waves of driving rain), was not driven at all that day. When I went to open the slider the next day I noticed water seeping from the lower interior panel of the slider door, in the corner by the latch release.

Anyone else have this issue? What can be done about it? It's very disturbing to see water inside a vehicle after less than 6 months of ownership.

A bit odd that it would come in the panel since that's not the low point. But having just had my slider apart today to insulate it, I've a good idea how its happening.

The bottom part of the door handle (the part that moves) opens up to the inside of the door. Quite visible with the panel off and moving the handle a bit. Water could be coming in there and then getting to one of the cable housings, which likely is leaning against the panel, and then dribbling inside.

Just an idea.
