I just recently bought a Ram Promaster City Wagon. So far it answers all my needs.
I like it. The 4 cyls bother me though, but what can I say.:D

When I got my PM1500, it bothered me that it only had a V6. All my other vans had V8's over the years. But after driving it some, I came away very impressed! No qualms about the purchase now. Its probably good I didn't get a diesel. I don't drive it enough to keep one healthy.

I would think a good 4 with the 9 speed auto would be good for a PMC. Everything I have read on them makes me think that most owners really like them.

Jeeze my full sized PM van has a 4 cyl diesel 3.0L and I really like it. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to. I have owned exactly one V8 in about 50 years of owning and have had a few V6’s but 80% of my vehicles have been 4’s. What is bothering you about them?

It's a micro, mini van, not a street rod! My full size Promaster with a 6 cyl gas engine outperforms most other vehicles on the road and still gets 17-19 mpg!
