The van leaves the driveway tomorrow headed west to Big Pine, CA, for MrNomer's geology field trip next weekend, then north toward Seattle for his GSA convention two weeks later. Somewhere in there will be a visit with relatives on Vancouver Island. For next weekend, we will have four days in a primitive campground with temperatures that can range from below freezing to 90°. I'm ready.
