I am wondering if anyone has heard or seen any PM incentives for after the first of the year. All of the upfit allowances and bonus cash extras seem to expire on January 2. I'm not sure how my dealer is going to pan this out for me since my order won't arrive until after that date but was ordered when the incentives were active. My salesman said I'd be eligible for whatever is available currently or what was available when I ordered but I prefer to be reassured that I'll have a solid solution! I did make sure I communicated to him through email so at least there's a paper trail to back me up!

I'm pretty sure you will get the incentives since you ordered before Jan 2nd

What is more interesting is what if the incentives after Jan 2nd are better...

Well, the cool thing is that he said I'd get either or, and I'd be able to choose the better of the two supposedly. We shall see!

Best situation for you is to get the best of either before or after. I haven't heard of any incentives for the upcoming year but we will have to wait and see. Does your dealer not know what the next incentives will be? Or maybe he is not allowed to tell you.

Promaster has already been incentivized? Interesting, do you think RAM is seeing difficulty moving them? Not for anything but it is already the most modern van on the market, is that not enough of a selling point?

Randy, I'm referring to the upfit allowances. I think they're currently offering at least $1,000 and I read somewhere there was an extra $500 on top of that.

My salesman doesn't seem to know much regarding the promaster as it was quite new when I visited the dealership.

Although, the upfit allowances aren't just for the promaster, I believe they are for all RAM work vehicles but there are different allowance amounts based on the vehicle itself.

ah, interesting that I did not know... Do you need to go through RAM fleet sales to take advantage?

So far the incentives doesn't seem too bad as mentioned above. Unfortunately seems like the best of it will come at the 3rd quarter of 2014 when they try to get rid of them for 2015 models.

The "On the Job" upfit allowances are ongoing. The extra $500 is for Ram Commercial Truck Season. There is no sold order protection for this money.

Understand that you must spend an amount equal to the rebate amount on upfits or graphics. The rebate lowers the cost of the vehicle by offsetting the amount of the upfit.

Maybe. What if they price gouge on the upfit? Might still be 0.0 Just sayin... :)
I purchased my own upfit products and when I make my purchase, that max value will just be deducted from the purchase price of the pm.

No price gouging there!

I got a $500 "private" bonus offer in the mail. Says I have to take retail delivery by 1/31/14. Slim chance of that happening with a 3 month delivery time. I wonder if it applies to vehicles ordered.
