Hi,
I need gasoline to mow the lawn or run the generator for power outages, but don't like having loose gas cans around due to the fire hazard and the fuel getting old problems.

Is there a way to get gasoline out of the PM tank?

Tried to run a hose down the filler, but, won't go far enough -- probably to prevent someone stealing gasoline.

Any way to defeat the anti-syphon, or to get gasoline another way? Maybe the extra tap that is on top the tank? Or?

For those who have used the extra gasoline tap in the tank to run a furnace, is it difficult to safely plumb into it?

Thanks,

Gary

It is simple. Pull the cover from the area between the seats attach a hose and run it to some place under the van where it can be safely terminated and supported. Put a shutoff on it and begin a siphon. When you need gag put your can under there turn the valve and enjoy lower gas mileage.
