I found this option on the configurator for $475,... but no picture of it.

Has anyone taken delivery of a van with one and could share a picture? Or could someone take a picture of a van so equipped found on a dealer's lot?

This one has one. Check the photos. It's a Mopar option so it's probably available after-market through dealers, too.

Interesting. But then there is no where for the hitch!

Rather than a step bumper, I just got a step plate that plugs into my hitch and acts as a hitch extension. They sell them at HF for about $20.

Yes, in the configurator, if you pick this extension step, it forces you to remove the towing hitch option.

I have one that is 3' wide and goes into my hitch receiver. Makes by backup sensors go crazy sometimes but I ignore it

I used a piece of 2" square stainless and some 2"x6"'s for this one. Works well as a step and a shower platform.

This is on sale for way less than I paid for it. But it doesn't set off the backup alarms and still lets me use my hitch ball for towing. Worth every penny. $15,
