I have read alot and learned alot and become a lot smarter but I still am struggling with this part of my wiring.

Question #1 : Is the negative going from the Shunt to the van battery in the correct location? (as opposed to going from the bottom of the shunt.

Question #2 : I have a 40 amp max charge spec for the batteries, since they are in parallel, does that change that spec?

Question #3 : Based on Ans #2 , What size CB and Fuse on the positive side? (Smart Isolator is rated for 140 amps)

What is "??A CB", “S.I."?
Add a fuse at the + of the coach battery.
#1 one end of the shunt connects to the - of the coach battery, it looks right. BMS wire(s) go to your meter?
#2 yes you can set the current limit to 80.
#3 80
Remember the negative of the starting battery is grounded to the chassis though you don't show that. You can do the same with your negative. Put a switch or shutoff where SI is for servicing the system.
