Dometic Penguin II A/C unit, unused

This A/C unit came new & unused on van I bought, I tested it and removed. Fits in standard 14x14" hole. 13.5K BTU, 20A breaker and all parts included, plus new roll of butyl tape. Info here (can send pics):
