Got my first oil change and tire rotation 3 months ago. I immediately noticed it pulled to the left. After taking it in for an alignment check I was told I had a slow leak and that was why it was pulling to the left. I thought this was BS as after the tire was filled with proper PSI it would still pull to the left. My friend said it could be the tire. After much arguing and denial from the dealer I contacted FCA, they opened a Case number. After a week of no response from anybody, I went back to the dealer to have them reverse the tire rotation. Just as I predicted there was no more pull. After more arguing with the dealer and FCA I have 2 new tires to be installed tomorrow morning. Moral of the story, never give in.

Bad tire with a tread bulge will do that too. Just had one bulge out overnight on our VW. Fine one day, pulling bad the next. Alignment tech found it.
