Just a heads up for Canadian owners traveling in the USA. I recently had some non-warranty work done at the FCA dealer in Lincoln City, Oregon. The service manager just happen to mention they don't honor Canadian warranties. There was no point in me arguing at the time. I already knew my warranty docs say they should. I didn't ask how far up the chain this policy originated, just that one dealer or perhaps regional. But I am guessing it has to do with reimbursement issues with Canada. I am also guessing they would eventually be forced to back down under pressure from higher up. If I am ever in need of warranty work in the USA, I will be sure to ask if the dealer has a problem with it first. If so, I would call FCA Canada and let them take it up with FCA USA.

Anyone had similar experiences?
