It will provide proper charging and just take a bit longer.

Since the two are from the same manufacturer they will have the same max voltage, float voltage, etc. Most folks when they plug into shore power are going to be connected for many hours usually overnight. I have a 230 amp hour house battery and only a 20 amp charger and can fully charge from a 50% state of charge (12.2 volts resting) to full charge and switch to float voltage in just a very few hours. Once your 150 amp hour battery gets to be partly charged it will be accepting, due to its internal resistance, less than 25 amps anyway.
