I have a 2014 3500 Diesel and notice every time I do a rotation that I have no dust caps on my front wheel hub assemblies, but have them on both rear hubs. Without the dust cap, the axle and nut are exposed underneath the plastic wheel covers. I'm sure there is another seal in there for the wheel bearing, but it just seems strange to me that there are no caps. Does your pm have dust caps on all 4 hub assemblies?
