2017 1500 promaster low roof, gas, cargo setup 12K mi


started blinking the triangle I
service the park assist system.
made a special trip to the dealer, sensor failure, but still drivable..
3+ weeks to order replacement sensors...


anyone else ? is this a wide spread problem ?

I have but it was self inflicted...a tip of a fork from a forklift scraped it right out of the bumper cover...been fighting it to keep the new one in place ever since since it kinda messed up the hole.

Yes, but it was covered with snow. Any dirt or snow or anything like that will set off the warning light.

was informed by dealer, maybe at least another 3 weeks for the parts to show up :-(

My light and warning message just went on too --- three weeks old, 1000 miles.

I don't know if it had anything to do with it -- but it was fine last night - -I washed it in driveway, and this morning I have the failure.

Taking to dealer in a couple of days if it doesn't self-heal....

Had time after work to inspect the park assist system --- one of the sensors (far one on passenger side) was pushed through and dangling inside the bumper. I re-secured it and problem solved...
