Antifreeze smell.

My van since it was new, when I shut it off and walk past the front, I can smell antifreeze. I had it in the shop when it was under warranty and they replaced hoses ect. Did not fix. Since then the radiator has been replaced due to a different problem, but that did not fix either. I think it is vapors leaking out because there are no drips and maybe once a year I have to add a small amount. I am used to it and at this point I am living with it. Just wondering if others have this problem?
