Had one, but sold it. Quality was just fine, but not good at all for odd shaped objects and rough terrain. Boxy furniture and appliances on smooth surfaces, yes.

Never owned one. But I have experience with dollys and I can say that it all depends on your use scenario. As the previous poster mentioned about working on smooth surfaces - those tiny and hard wheels are only going to be good in a warehouse like environment. Going over thresholds or up a steps would be tough. I prefer larger air filled tires for a more multipurposed dolly that can handle a variety of terrain better. Thats a good price though.
