I'm not seeing much info on the difference between the 2500 vs the 3500.

"Heavy duty suspension" = Possibly just an extra leaf and/or a sway bar.

What ever it is, it weighs 31 lbs, only increases the load capacity by 429 lbs.

and costs almost $2500 more. :eek: What the . . .

We need a little more detail on this.

We need a little more detail on this.
Two differences I've read from specs are that the final transmission gear ratio is lower on the 3500, and also that the longest extended version (250 inches long) only comes in 3500. I'm not sure I trust specs 100% at this early point though. Dealers probably have more detailed specs than can be found presently on internet.

And it's possible some specs may not be published. I suppose that "if" RAM used thicker material for frame rails it wouldn't show up on a spec anyway.
