    Paul,

I'm still in the gathering parts stage on this project, but what I've gleaned (and you have by now, also) is that the system needs to be bled and that process takes some time. There's some good suggestions about driving around and parking nose up so that the air migrates to the bleeder near the heater core. Other than that, I've got nothing.

I think it's just a matter of patience. Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi Eric. I'm wondering if you can help me.

I just installed my Kuuma hot water heater.. used my factory rear heat prep (the joke it is) tapped into the same spot under the hood as everyone else.... heater is in back of van... I ran the van for 1/2 hour and my I have no hot water and my silicon hoses don't seem to be warm like there is no flow-- all valves I installed are open, etc..

Do I need to bleed the antifreeze system? Does it matter what hose goes where on the heater?

Any ideas you have I would appreciate.

    Thank you,

    Paul
