New to Forum, Hi from Iowa

I have been exploring the idea of doing a custom RV build on a 159" High Roof EXT. I have a number of questions and figured this was the place to dive deeper. I'll be looking around, but just in case, here are some specific questions...

1.) How many miles are you getting from your gas van? With good regular maintenance, is 300k+ miles a realistic expectation?
2.) What year did the windows start to look like the current version, tinted all the way back, no breaks?
3.) How tall, ground to top, is a high roof with an Aluminess rack, touring style? (garaging & clearance)
