Buying 2019 high roof 159" to build home

Im just getting ready to but a 2019 PM 159" High roof to use as a material hauler, mobile office, and makeshift RV for a house Im building in Crested Butte, CO. I found one with 19K miles for $26K. Plan is to add insulation, roof rack, solar electric, a fold-up bed, fridge, and small workspace initially and at some point turn it into a full RV. I was initially going to get the new 2020 AWD Transit but need something now. Im wondering how the PM will do in snow. I have seen them used in Crested butte for ski delivery. They had studded snow tires on them. I hope to buy one this week and start my build immediately. Any advice on buying or outfitting it is greatly appreciated. Glad I found your forum.
