So how'd it go Cut Right?

Heading out tomorrow for a 3K mile road trip and hope I don't have DEF system issues, knock on wood!

Well, Evidently complete fail.
They are down to considering draining the DEF tank.

They originally put me in a Ram 1500 standard cab with buckets and I have requested they swap me into anything that is smaller and 4 passenger.

Well. No swap and the last repair update on 5/24/19 was:
"Chrysler is telling us to 1. Replace the catalytic converter 2. drain and flush the DEF tank. Minimum 5 days to get the catalytic converter."

The good news again is that at present, the Service Rep says it looks like that commercial warranty I bought is going to cover everything except my 100$ deductible.

Okay. Heading into week 4 and they are now waiting for diesel exhaust particulate filter price $4,300 and it's going to be five days before that gets here.
The good news is it's covered by the warranty I'm still stuck in a standard cab pickup truck it isn't big enough for me to move any of my sharpening equipment to so I can keep my business going.
