That model isn't sold in NA yet.

2014, High Top/159 WB, 2500 gas Promaster fully converted for camping.

To be built is the key word. These may be 2018 models or 2017.5 models. The vans are to be built to google spec's they are not taking them off dealer lots. Chrysler does advertise the hybrid on the highlights page of the Pacifica, so it is coming, if demand is there.
